As Media Specialist for my university's Chinese Student Association, I was in charge of creating social media campaigns, event campaigns, and creating merchandise for the club.
The projects from CSA vary in scope and graphic language-- my goal as media specialist was to experiment with balancing cultural elements and visual elements within the graphic communication for Chinese Student Association. Projects below are organized in campaigns.
CHINESE STUDENT ASSOCIATION BRIEF
One of the deliverables towards the end of the year was to design a hoodie for general members. This was a turning point in my development of a Chinese American graphic language-- I succeeded at building towards a visual language that clearly referenced Chinese cultural elements and Boston graphic elements, referencing the outlined form of Chinese tearable calenders.
